If you registered Super Names v.1.x over a year ago, you must pay the upgrade fee of
$5.00 to upgrade to Super Names v.2.0. Please fill out the form listed below
Please make sure that you have downloaded Super Names v.2.0 before proceeding, as
your current version of Super Names will not accept the new registration code.
IMPORTANT: If you install Super Names v.2.0 and make an alteration to any record, Super Names v.1.x will NOT be able to read the database.
If you would like to try Super Names v.2.0 and think that you may want to continue using Super Names v.1.x, please make a backup copy of your
address database on your desktop computer (located in your Palm > Backup folder).

Please enter in your Palm User Name and Super Names registration code in the fields below.
